Sport Billy was a cartoon character representing fair play and was official mascot of FIFA in the early 1980s as well as the mascot for the 1982 World Cup in Spain. Subbuteo Released a 5 a side Set with Sport Billy aimed at younger kids. It didn’t sell well…
