The boxed sets with in the Inside brand looked rather interesting with what was planned/released. Mainly all just the standard box set a unique thing about the inside range is that from what i gather they didnt have the standard red and blue set available (which is nice for a change). They instead have different editions with different editions only changing the teams included instead of the standard red and blue. This looks a neat idea and reminds of when Subbuteo would lob in two teams in there sets but obviously with more care to make the teams make sense in who they were playing i.e Chelsea vs Man utd… instead of Darlington vs Venezia because they wasn’t selling like Subbuteo did…

Again like with most of the Whole Inside range not everything was ever made and most was just planned if it was a success (which sadly it wasn’t)

One thing to note the pitch was branded Inside (see Inside Accessories tab on the previous page to see a picture) But the balls were not and are branded zeugo like the players…

Most of this page will be in list form as that’s how the info is laid out so i will list what version’s followed by any pics i have found of them…. Thats the best way to do this page…

There was multiple editions they all come with what you expect a standard set to have so i won’t bore you with the details to much.

Belgium had three options with all in there were as follows.
Anderlecht vs Standard Liege (Pictured below)
Standard Liege vs Brugge
Brugge vs Anderlecht

France also had three options as the Vanton Brothers viewed the French market as a big target too… Again similiar to the Belgian sets its the 3 biggest teams used…

Psg vs Lyon
Marsielle vs Lyon
Psg Vs Marsielle

Next up the Germany edition which was

Bayern munich vs Werder Breman

A strange choice now but Dortmund had at this stage not had the Klopp revival… and Munich wasn’t running away with the league every year….

Holland’s edition would have been/ was
Ajax vs Psv

England had the Premier League Edition of which was

Chelsea vs Liverpool

Again another strange choice you would think Man Utd would be a shoo in as they were dominating the league but as you will see there is a reason…

Champions League edition again none of these had any official license and was the standard box every time but with different teams.

Man utd vs Barcelona

World Cup edition was the following

Brazil Vs Italy. (Pictured below)
This was changed a year later to
Brazil vs Argentina

I think this was the last set actually made before the Inside range gave up on trying to break into the market….

Also added on the 2011 catalogue was the Europe Edition

Which would have had

Spain vs Italy



THAT WAS NOT ALL… The standard box set was not all Inside had planned…. Also planned was the Pitch box which would have come with no teams and just the following Playing pitch

and interesting a single promotional figure (SEE PICTURE BELOW

BUT not all

They also planned a 5 a side smaller version Known as the Mini Foot box which would come with the following
a Small Playing pitch (details on size are unknown)

+ 2 teams of 5
+ 2 goalkeepers
+ 1 ball
+ rules

Its so sad to know that Inside failed as they tried there hardest to get a foothold in the market and with what they had planned with box sets alone show’s they were going to go for it but alas it was not to be….
